On June 30, 2020, Rongfeng Petroleum's self-developed LGC5300TYL180 fracturing truck was officially manufactured off the production line and has applied for the 335 batch of national announcements. It adopts Shaanxi Auto SX1310MB6/8x 4 special vehicle chassis (national V emission) and is equipped with special components such as Cummins 1800hP diesel engine, hydraulic torque converter, 1800 fracturing pump, lubrication and cooling system and remote intelligent control system. It is mainly used for acid fracturing of oil wells and high-pressure and large-displacement water injection operations of water injection wells. The maximum working pressure of the equipment is 105MPaPa, and the maximum working displacement is 100m3/h。
Equipment features:
1, the use of special vehicle chassis, good off-road performance.
2. It is suitable for pumping operation of various fluids.
3. For high-pressure and large-displacement fracturing pump, the plunger diameter can be selected as 4 ", 4.5" or 5 "to meet the requirements of different construction parameters.
