On March 8, 2024, the RF5250TGJ40 cementing truck independently developed by Rongfeng Petroleum completed its manufacturing and entered load debugging. Delivered to the customer and sent to Turkmenistan on March 12, 2024.

The car is composed of a car chassis, diesel engine, power take-off, gearbox, transmission box, three-cylinder plunger pump, centrifugal pump, mud tank, variable frequency electronic control system and its auxiliary systems.

This vehicle is mainly used for cementing operations in oil and gas wells in oil fields. This equipment can adapt to cementing operations in deep and shallow wells in oil and gas fields. It can also be used for high-pressure well washing, pressure testing, or high displacement fluid pumping operations.

Main equipment configuration:

1、 Beiben 6 × 6 off-road vehicle chassis, equipped with large patterned off-road tires.

2、 XT4050 front power take-off.

3、 Cummins diesel engine.

4、 12JSD240T transmission.

5、 CDX2CLB transmission box

6、 Italian high-pressure plunger pump.

7、 The maximum pressure of the equipment is 40MPa, the maximum flow rate is 1670L/min, and the maximum power is 380HP.

8、Variable frequency electrical control system, centralized control, real- time monitoring of equipment working status, with automatic overpressure alarm protection function.
