On March 2, 2024, the RF5250TGL98 boiler truck independently developed by Rongfeng Petroleum completed its manufacturing and entered load commissioning. Delivered to the customer and sent to Turkmenistan on March 6, 2024.

The vehicle consists of a car chassis, a special boiler, a burner, a diesel generator, a three -cylinder plunger pump, a variable frequency electronic control system, and its auxiliary systems.

This vehicle is mainly used for oil pipe (rod) wax removal, oil well unblocking, pipeline thawing, pipeline dredging, heavy oil dilution, and equipment cleaning operations. It can also be used as an active heat source, widely used for heating other media, pipelines, and equipment cleaning work.

Main equipment configuration:

1、 Beiben 6 × 6 off-road vehicle chassis, equipped with large patterned off-road tires.

2、 Vehicle mounted special boiler.

3、 Italian high-pressure plunger pump.

4、 The maximum pressure of the equipment is 9.8MPa, the maximum flow rate is 3000L/h, and the maximum temperature is 270 ℃.

6、Variable frequency electrical control system, centralized control, real-time monitoring

of equipment working status, with over temperature and over pressure alarm protection function.
