This equipment is mainly composed of a rigid base and frame, a diesel engine, a hydraulic transmission, a control system, a fracturing pump, and its auxiliary systems.

Application: The main function of the equipment is to inject high-pressure and high-volume oil well service fluid into the oil well for various fracturing operations in deep and shallow wells in oil and gas fields such as shale gas and coalbed methane. The equipment supports stand-alone and online operations, and can be remotely controlled and operated.

Main Configurations:

1. Cummins KTA38-C1400 diesel engine, with a maximum power of 1400 HP.

2. Winstar BY1820D torque converter, with electro-hydraulic control for shifting.

3. The 3ZB-1800 fracturing pump with high pressure and large displacement, with a maximum working pressure of 90 MPa and a maximum displacement of 2000 L/min.

4. Centralized control, 10-inch display screen, local control + remote control, utilizing Ethernet for remote networking control, performing real-time monitoring of the equipment's operating status (including injection well pressure, wellhead pressure, injection flow, and overpressure alarm protection), ensuring the safe execution of various fracturing operations.
