The truck is composed of an automotive chassis, a triplex plunger pump, a burner, a vehicle mounted special boiler, a water tank, a wax-removal water pump, high- and low-pressure pipelines, a fuel system, a hydraulic system and an electronic control system.
Application: This truck is mainly used for normal hot flushing and plug removal of oil wells, high-pressure well flushing and pressure testing, as well as collaborating in well repair operations by removing wax from pipes and rods. It can also be widely applied for heating various media, dredging and thawing ground pipelines, equipment cleaning and other various construction operations.
Product features: It integrates a variety of functions such as high-pressure well flushing, high-pressure well cementing, heating well flushing, steam wax removal, pressure testing and so on. It features stable medium flow, high calorific value, high thermal efficiency, high equipment utilization rate, long service life of the triplex plunger pump and the vehicle mounted special boiler, simple operation of its operating system, safe and reliable ignition, and convenient maintenance. It is ideal equipment for well flushing, cementing, and wax removal operations in oil fields.

5. 3ZB-35/50 triplex plunger pump.
6. Cold flushing pressure of 35 MPa, with a flow rate of 50 m3/h; hot flushing pressure of 20 MPa, conducted at a temperature of 200°C; wax removal pressure of 6 MPa, conducted at a temperature of 150°C.
7. Digital display meter, indicates the electronic control system, featuring centralized control and real-time monitoring of the equipment's operating pressure, temperature, and flow rates (both instantaneous and cumulative), outputs RS485 signals and possesses over-temperature and over-pressure alarm protection functions.
