The truck is mainly composed of an automotive chassis, a metering device, a drum, a rope arranging mechanism, a transmission system, a hydraulic system, an electronic control system, and other auxiliary systems.
Application: It is primarily utilized for oil production, forced drainage, and well testing operations. Additionally, it can be employed for wiper trip and fishing procedures in oil and water wells, and oil extraction in edge and low-yield wells.
Product features: This product integrates multiple functions such as oil production, forced drainage, oil testing, wiper trip, and fishing for oil-water wells. It adopts the suction principle to perform oil production, forced drainage, oil testing via the oil well casing or suction tubing. During operation, simply align the steel cable with the wellhead, lower the tubing to a certain depth under the liquid, and then lift it. This will enable the oil in the well to be pumped out and automatically transferred into the oil tank truck or storage tank. This equipment features enhanced mobility for oil extraction, low production costs, adaptability to various well site operations, ease of operation, and convenient maintenance, rendering it an ideal solution for oilfield extraction operations.
