Product Description

The truck is composed of an automotive chassis, a triplex plunger pump, a depressurizing system, a desander system, an inclined tube oil remover, a walnut shell filter, a fiber ball filter, an element bundle filter, high-pressure and low-pressure pipelines, an air circuit system, a hydraulic system, and an electronic control system.

Application: The truck is primarily used for clean-out services of water injection well in oil fields. It is capable of adapting to various working conditions for high-pressure liquid pumping operations, small-scale hydraulic sand blasting, water injection and air bleeding, as well as oilfield sewage treatment. It can also be used for high-pressure well flushing, pressure testing, or large-displacement fluid pumping.

Product features: It has a high degree of integration, equipped with a triplex plunger pump, a water treatment system, and other devices. During operation, it can execute a self-circulating high-pressure water cleaning process, effectively removing sand, oil, and impurities. This makes it an ideal choice for well-flushing operations in oilfields.

5. The maximum working pressure is 40 MPa, the maximum working flow is 80 m3/h, and the capacity of water treatment equipment is 0.6 MPa - 30 m3/h.

6. 10" LCD touch screen (Quantum) + PLC (Siemens AG), monitoring well pressure and return water pressure, well flow and return water flow, water quality before treatment (suspended solids) and treated water quality (suspended solids), displaying the pressure curve of construction operation, with overpressure alarm protection function and data storage/download function.
