How could such equipment not reach the global level? Every seemingly simple component represents a high level in a field. Although it is very small in size, its working power is equivalent to the combined strength of two typical fracturing trucks. The working principle of a fracturing truck is to inject sand-carrying fluid into the deep crust through high-pressure pipelines, fracturing the entire shale bed. After the sand-carrying fluid enters the shale bed, a large amount of gas will be discharged, and collected by dedicated pipelines.

Then the pipeline going to the deep crust must withstand a pressure of 140 MPa! When connecting pipelines, it is necessary to secure them firmly at the connection points to ensure the seamless and tight connection of the pipelines. That's because even the gaps in meters may cause pipeline cracking, fluid leakage during the operation of the fracturing truck, resulting in unimaginable consequences.

The fracturing truck is commanded by a command vehicle, and the staff there will command the truck to complete fracturing operations of hale bed. After the command is sent, the fracturing blender truck will provide fluid, and the fracturing truck will pressurize and inject the fluid into the wellbore. Subsequently, inject the fluid into the shale bed by using the pressure from the fracturing truck. The pressure is directly proportional to the amount of fluid discharged, and the higher the pressure, the greater the amount of fluid discharged. The lower the pressure, the smaller the amount of fluid discharged.
