The product is mainly used in the pressurized cycle well flushing operation of oilfield injection wells, using purely physical means to remove suspended solids, oily pollutant, ferromagnetic pollutant, sediment and other pollutants from the injection wells. It can independently purify the well flushing fluid and reinject it into the injection wells, maintain the stable pressure of the injection wells, does not require a large amount of clean water, will not cause groundwater pollution, does not discharge sewage, and is a green and eco-friendly economical water injection well flushing equipment. As cold flushing equipment, it can be used for grouting, well flushing, mud replacement, sand flushing, unblocking, pipeline pressure testing, pipeline pressurization and other operations in mines.

Fine processing:
Wellhead inflow → Pressure gauge → High pressure filter → Pressure relief valve → Two-stage cyclone desander → Air camel → Rapid filter → Water tank → Triplex plunger pump → Wellhead
Note: 1. The processed waste oil in the air camel is collected into the dirty oil tank;
2. The solid waste from the cyclone desander is collected into the silt box;
3. If the pressure of the water injection well is too low, it can be directly entered into the two-stage cyclone desander through the bypass pipeline, bypassing the pressure relief valve from the high pressure filter.
