I. Routine Maintenance of Boiler Truck
(1) Check all valves and tighten all screws on the platform.
(2) Check the operation of water pump and blower.
(3) Check the operation of engine on the platform.
(4) Check whether the furnace chamber and ignition device are functioning properly.
II. Contents of First Level Maintenance for Boiler Trucks
(1) Check the level of the transmission fluid and refill the lubricant if necessary.
(2) Check the oil level of the water pump and refill if necessary.
(3) Check and adjust the tightness of the fan.
(4) Clean the diesel filter.
(5) Check the fuel injector.
(6) Check all bolts and tighten them.
(7) Check the fixing of the diesel engine water tank.
(8) Check the vapor hose.
(9) Purge all parts of the boiler.
(10) Check the pipeline gate for leakage and troubleshoot it in a timely manner.
(11) Clean the diesel filter.
(12) Clean the oil filter.
(13) Check whether the engine on the platform is securely fastened.
