The QLQ1800 full-power PTO is a gear transmission box featuring heavy load, three-axis, and vertically oriented design. It is primarily utilized to extract power from broken propeller shafts on refitted automobile chassis, commonly employed in transmission applications for high-power/high-torque equipment mounted on the platform, such as triplex plunger pumps and drums. It is mainly composed of a box body and a gear pair. The box body is aluminum mold precision casting and employs splash lubrication. It features high output power, stable transmission, and easy engagement and disengagement, making it suitable for power take-off scenarios involving broken or specially designed shafts for oilfield trucks refitted from the chassis of Shacman, Beiben, and Sinotruk series.
